Recover storage space without changing your files
K18 File Compressor is a Windows desktop storage-management application from K18 Entertainment. It discovers supported games, videos, and audio files, estimates possible storage savings, and applies Windows NTFS LZX compression. Compression is performed by Windows and does not re-encode media or modify game code. Files can be restored to their original disk layout from the application.

Why Google Drive permission is requested
K18 File Compressor uses Google Drive authorization only when an approved user chooses to download an application update. The update manifest identifies one installer stored in a restricted K18-owned Google Drive folder. The application downloads that installer and verifies it before installation.
K18 File Compressor does not search, list, inspect, upload, alter, share, or delete the user’s personal Google Drive files. File-compression records, local file paths, settings, and activity history remain on the user’s Windows computer.
